Is Kratom Addictive?

Kratom has not been shown to be a physically addictive substance. Mental addiction is another story however. Millions of people who smoke cigarettes are physically addicted to the nicotine in them. One could make a reasonable assumption that there is also a mental addiction involved with smoking cigarettes, because if you do something over and over again, everyday, you are bound to make a habit out of it. Science has proven that it only takes 21 days to form a new habit. This habit is then ingrained into your mind and can be said to be the cause of a mental addiction.
